El Tambo – Nariño is a washed single-origin coffee grown on Finca San Francisco under the care of producer Diego Lopez in the high elevations of Nariño, Colombia. Cultivated between 1,800–2,100 MASL and milled with precision, this lot showcases the balance and sweetness typical of Colombian coffees. Expect rich layers of dark chocolate and caramel with bright citrus and fruity notes of fig and grape. A medium roast that highlights both body and clarity, ideal for pour-over or espresso styles that demand complexity and sweetness.
Chelchele - Ethiopia

Chelchele – Yirgacheffe is a washed single-origin coffee from the acclaimed Chelchele Washing Station in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone. Grown at high elevations between 1,900–2,200 MASL by a network of smallholder farmers, this lot features traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties like Kurmue, Dago, and Wolisho. The clean washed process highlights vibrant floral aromatics, bright citrus acidity, and delicate tea-like complexity. Ideal for pourover and filter brewing, this lot offers a refined expression of the classic Yirgacheffe profile.
